I really don't think that's why. Im going on the feeling that it's going to end up being The Hardys vs. E & C in a TLC, with the WWE title being elsewhere. It makes sense now that Matt Dropped the title.

Matt winning the Rumble would be shit. Do you really think a WrestleMania main evented by Matt Hardy is going to draw more buys than a WrestleMania main evented by someone like John Cena?

That would leave the title between HHH, Undertaker, & Big Show. Undertaker has won the title twice in a row at Wrestlemania, so I doubt that they'll do HHH vs. Taker. And HHH vs. Big Show isn't really a Wrestlemania draw. My guess is that Jeff, Edge, and HHH (any combination) will be the title match.
