How would you split The Shield?

I have a horrible feeling Ambrose & Rollins will get shoved into the tag-team division, and Reigns will be pursuing a world title.

Personally I'd have Ambrose do more and more of the promos leading to Rollins and Reigns becoming jealous. Leading to a huge backstage fallout and handicap match of Reigns and Rollins vs Ambrose splitting them up, puts Reigns and Rollins in tag and Ambrose as a singles wrestler.

Unfortunately this is how WWE push talented guys: "Let's leave the talented ones get over by themselves, and have the untalented ones bury them first".

Yeah I'm not saying Reigns isn't talented, but he's far behind Rollins and even further behind Ambrose.

That's why I made the idea. Rollins and Ambrose wouldn't be touched if they would get buried by Reigns.

I would rather Rollins & Reigns go into the tag-team division, have Rollins turn face against Reigns and then those two can feud, so they can leave Ambrose alone.

I wouldnt. Its too early to split them and might ruin their career, if anything i would add someone big to their group.

You actually believe that the group is more likely to split before recruiting other superstars?

I actually believe a couple will try to join the shield before they split up. I really like this new side to things, having the possibility of disruption.

I think its pretty obvious Ambrose is the leader and the more charismatic of the three.

There are to me a few ways things could go.

You could split them up eventually with the team starting to feel differently about injustice.

You could have others join and for the group to become bigger which means more people to start disagreeing with actions taken. For example, Seth, Reigns and one of the new guys go down to put a beat down on someone. Ambrose and another new member disagree causing a divide.

Or a new member could join, this member could act in line with the group but slowly start to split them up over time after he has gained their trust.... like a mole within the group.

A Diva could cause a rift between them. Start dating say Rollins, but be seeing Ambrose behind his back.

However, what about the others oustide of the shield?

What happens if for example Team Hell No were to turn around and say, ok, Shield, maybe you are right. We do need to work as a team, become united, become what the Shield want them to be.
Would there be a situation where they come on a mic live, call out the shield and say, we have learnt our lesson. Would this stop the shields interference? Is this a way to go to open up storylines?

There will most likely not be anymore guys added to Shield. These three are future top stars. To add more people will only increase the risk of screwing up a push or any of the characters. The shield in my opinion is at its perfect size now.
