How would YOU handle the CM Punk/Chicago situation?

They should hype his return in the beginning of the show. A limo with CM Punk's logo on the hood, and Triple H is scared. Then show small segments throughout the show, with hints that CM Punk is there. Like a locker room with Punk's logo, people talking about Punk and whatnot. Then at the end, Batista or Orton is beating up Daniel Bryan, then CM Punk's theme hits. Out comes out Kofi Kingston dressed up as CM Punk! He goes to the ring, and then helps in attacking DB. He then takes out Orton or Batista and announces he's the third man in the WWE title match.

They won't be disruptive because how disruptive can actual chants be? We've heard a lot over the years. However, we'll definitely hear a ton of CM Punk chants, boring chants, chants during matches that probably don't deserve to get shit on, but at the same time we'll have a ton of chants during shitty segments that will be hilarious. Honestly, I am so excited to watch it just for the crowd. Bryan is going to get a fucking massive pop, Batista is going to be absolutely boo'd out the building, and can you imagine the boring chants that are going to be yelled at Orton? Chicago might just speak on the IWC's behalf, even though that's cheesy as fuck.

Yea, even if it is revealed as a 'work' we will likely never know exactly how it went down. I'm sure WWE would love for us to believe it was worked all along, but I sincerely doubt that. Even as the person who cares the least about Punk, it would be sort of cool to see the fans lose their shit if he came back in Chicago.
