^^^HUH? It's no more/less true if it's in a different section? (<<< Scary as fuck, IMO. I shudder to think how you appropriate what you see/hear in the media!!!)

No-one remember the original JBL assault on Horny where he interupts the cage match on Raw and beats him up in front of Finlay? ...Where's the clipz yo'?????

IMO Hornwsaggle is NOT the most childish thing in WWE, so until he is.... He isn't worth all the bitching.

@ LHR: He got over as fuck with a extremely shitty gimmick, takes bumps whenever required and did I mention he was OVER AS FUCK... Why shouldn't he get paid? (You can bet it's way below the wage of a full-sized upper mid-carder.)

It's not like he went out there and did shit every single night, you know what I mean? He kinda disappears for a while and then randomly shows up, VERY rarely gets into a fight, and then spends the rest of his time acting like a bitch with DX and doing bullshit segments like the Little People's Court.

I certainly wouldn't assume he gets paid as much as other wrestlers but I'm sure he still gets a pretty sweet paycheck and that's sad. If he was out there busting his ass all the time, sure, he'd deserve a great pay, but some annoying midget who barely gets into a physical altercation should just gtfo. He's just there to make the kids laugh and I'm sure those kids aren't even laughing at him.

...So he's over with the adults and smarks then?

Not everyone is employed in the company as a wrestler and it's not like he's hogging a spot that a gifted, dedicate ring-worker would otherwise occupy.

Not saying you're one of them, but whilst peeps complain he takes up too much TV time, you're saying he's off screen too much to justify a pay cheque... Personally (rather than impartially), I'd agree with the former. He's been all over the company, all shows, various different roles (Cruiserweight Champ, Vince's teased son, Finlays son/cornerman, Chavo's nemesis and now DX's mascot) and as I've said seems prepared to take a pretty sick bump when called upon.

I guarantee he's had more screen time and taken more shit than any GM you care to mention and they've not got over 'the hard way'...

Indulge me; what more could he be doing to justify a pay cheque?

I'm not saying he shouldn't get paid at all, but, we all know he's getting quite a sum of money for what he is doing. Being in that business, I really doubt he's getting minimum wage, lol. The money he gets isn't even a huge issue for me......but it's still probably more than what he deserves.

My main issue with him (besides him just being plain lame and stupid) is that wrestling could very well do without him. He's embarrassing to watch (though wrestling in general can be rather embarrassing at this point, considering how shitty it's been) and he really doesn't fulfill any kind of important role.

This definetly doesn't just go for him. There are quite a few people (mostly Divas) who are somehow still employed when they bring nothing to the table. Hell yeah, I wont deny that he's taken some nasty hits in the past, but his general role is to just be an annoying midget and, really, what else can he do? They can't really do anything overly serious with him like have him wrestle on a regular basis because a midget fighting a bunch of guys that outweigh him and are 5 times taller than he is would just be ridiculous. Not saying it's his fault that he was born a midget so he's limited in what he can do (unless he was in midget wrestling) but there might be a slight chance I could like him at least a little bit if they used him as just more than some annoying little fuck that harrasses DX and is involved in stupid segments. He gets a few minutes of airtime a week to act like a fool. If they want to make him a manager or something (even though that would be rather laughable for me and not taken seriously) then go ahead and do it. Give the guy something to do that isn't embarrassing for him. If they are just going to continue to waste him, just get rid of him. I doubt a lot of people would be really sad if he left.

That's just my opinion, anyways. Everyone looks at it from a different angle but useless people are just annoying to me. WWE seems to feel the absolute need to have at least one really lame segment a week with him and it's gotten far beyond stupid for me.

I hope this means the end of Hornswoggle on Raw or at least with DX & other main eventers. At this point I would be fine having him shown in his five minute matches or segments rather then ending the show every week with DX and the guest host.

The thing about Hornswoggle is that he's over with the fans, moreso the kids, which we cannot help. Aside from that WWE has always loved parading little people around so he's still gonna be on TV, it's just a matter of where and when.

People love to root for the underdog. Remember this guy?

And while that has been said, Hornswoggle still brings less to the table than Eugene did. Eugene was capable of putting on a match and was involved in various story lines. The difference was, Eugene, despite playing the role of a simpleton, took bumps, and was basically a vehicle to put heels over by picking on the 'blueberry'. I haven't seen anyone getting any heat for picking on Hornswoggle. I would much rather see the return of Eugene, or even Gillberg for that matter, over any more crap segments that require the use of a step ladder.

I wonder how Hornswoggle feels. Considering we know he's an adult man. But he constantly subjects himself every week on live television to the humiliation of acting like a baby. Running around, grunting as his only language, doing DX crotch chops and all in all, basically demeaning himself for the sake of a paycheck.

He wouldn't have a job in the WWE any other way, and yet you know that he doesn't really act like that. Do you think the real Hornswoggle enjoys doing what he does? Or do you think he's kinda like a Sonny Ono, bitter because he's only employed for his stereotype.

Midgets don't have feelings bro, they are made of rubber, didn't you know? ^_^

But really, feelings are irrelevant when you choose to degrade yourself for money. Wait, there are instances when I have seen people in the ring allow themselves to be degraded to further a story line (Trish barking like a dog, The KMA club etc) which is on an entirely different level. Sometimes you suck it up and do the job, for the greater good.

But since you went and got all serious, how about this?

What kind of message is it sending to the kids in this age of PG rated wrestling, that it is ok, even cool, to treat people (in this case midgets) like pets? While the WWE hypes Cena up as a Superman to the chocolate milk soldiers, they are actually believing that this man is the embodiment of all things good, much like some of us did with Hogan. What is to prevent them from believing that is acceptable in society to treat the little people as 'lesser' people?

Just a thought.

And that comes back to my point of how I wonder how Hornswoggle feels about this. He's done this enough times that the prospect of thinking "Maybe I'm sending a bad message about little people and how they should be treated" crossed his mind more than once.

Or maybe Horny is just all about the money and he's one of those guys like Verne Troyer who doesn't give two shits because he's getting paid bookoo bucks in a shitty economy to be a midget.

It wouldn't be so bad if Hornswoggle spoke english. He just screams like a lunatic. He would so less annoying if he just acted like a normal person but just happened to be a midget.

That's part of what I was trying to say as well. He wouldn't be so bad if the WWE writers would stop making him act like an annoying little douchebag and just made him normal. Him speaking gibberish and having Triple H suddenly know how to translate it is stupid. If he had the same amount of TV time he has right now but actually put some good use into it, I wouldn't care that he's on Raw each week, but when I know as soon as I turn on Raw that there will eventually be a really gay segment with him and DX, it makes me want to vomit.

What appeal would a perfectly normal average speaking midget have?
There was a reason Mini-Me was funny.... just sayin.
