We saw DX, let alone an entire Raw, for once without Hornswoggle. The way DX was phrasing it is that they are going into WrestleMania season and there are no more fun and games. Do you think they are weening themselves off of using Hornswoggle?

HBK said he sent him home last night. This is obviously the end of DX so we won't have to put up with him as the DX mascot for very much longer. I seriously doubt they're getting rid of him... the kids love him.

Oh, and I will seriously die laughing if HHH and HBK sit down and have the divorce talk with Hornswoggle when DX splits.

Hornswoggle could actually serve a decent purpose if Shawn Michaels were to turn heel going into Wrestlemania. If he gets fed up with all the bullshit goofy stuff and plays the "my career is almost over, and I want it to mean something" card, then him beating the shit out of Hornswoggle one week would be a good way to put over his turn, as well as write the midget off of Raw and relocate him to one of the other shows so that there is no inconsistency with he and DX.

It could be the end of DX as the Royal Rumble could possibly be the real split between Trips and HBK (one eliminates the other, thus turning one heel) but honestly I doubt that it will be the end of Hornswoggle on WWE television. But I honestly Dx and Hornswoggle are comedic gold on Raw, which is gonna suck but I felt that this version of DX went on a bit to long.

@Axis: Bring it on! I pray to the wrestling gods each morning that HBK is gonna be the one to turn heel...

N-e-v-e-r gonna happen though. : (

Yeah, I think that when... Now moreso then If they do split Trips will be the one to turn, mainly because imo he is a much better heel the HBK ever could be.

Hey, kinda off topic but..
Anyone else wonder what HBK's reaction in Canada will be now?

^Honestly, kind of thought about that. I don't recall him getting a massively negative reaction but when they were in Canada I could vaguely remember more of a mixed reaction to him much like after he retired Flair. Back a few years ago I could also remember an instance when the "You Screwed Bret" chants would randomly break out on occasion.

Are you kidding? That's all they do is boo him and chant "You screwed Bret" in Canada.

Really? I could have sworn that some of that had died down.

It's more just obligatory at this point and done for fun. I don't really think there are too many people who give a shit.

Yeah you I think are right being that the majority of fans I am sure have either gotten over it or were to young/didn't follow the WWE at the time.

Oh, herro California!
I can only hope that we will no longer have to see ol Horny on WWE programming anymore. I am still astonished that they continue to play him up as they do. But then again, he has been reduced to little more than DX's pet.

Comedic Gold? Seriously? I'm still awaiting some activist group to start boycotting the WWE, citing the use of vertically challenged persons being encouraged to bark like a dog.

As for DX, their run should have been over a long time ago. The disbanding of it frees both Michaels and Hunter up to actually do something worthwhile on the show, other than the same lame comedic attempts and merchandise pushing.

As for Hornswoggle, he should have been a moot point after the break from Finlay. I think Vince keeps him on only due to the fact that a discrimination case may be forthcoming otherwise. Lord knows it is not because of anything related to entertainment.

Yes, I am pretty sure I am not the only one who found some of the Dx/Hornswoggle segments hysterical. Little People's court was imo one of the funniest segments in quite some time.

Testament to the fact that WWE is continuing to scrape from the bottom of the entertainment barrel. When all else fails, a trip to Oz anyone? With a little courtroom drama thrown in, just for shits and giggles.
