pwinsider said:Hulk Hogan was interviewed by The Daily Star today and commented on TNA going forward with weekly Impact Wrestling episodes on the road, noting, "It’s either hold ’em or fold ’em. You’re either in the wrestling business or not. Is Dixie Carter really in the wrestling business, or this is just a hobby? You either make the move or you don’t. You’re at that point now. It’s the same place we were with WCW – you either run with the big dogs or be a little dog and stay on the porch. The destiny of this company is in her hands. It can stay TNA, a powerful little company, or she can make the decision to move on to greatness."
Can you imagine if a WWE wrestler called out Vince on if he was in the wrestling/sports entertainment business or not? Pretty arrogant thing of paid employee to question the motivation of the boss and to question whether they are putting their all into it. Pretty sure that this is the only thing that she does, yes her parents pay for it all as a tax rideoff but she has still put a lot into the company including giving Hogan a cushy contract.
I also will never understand this fascination with becoming the biggest and best wrestling company. What is wrong with being number two if you are making good profits each year? I would rather be number two for a long time making good money rather than making it to number one for a short time and than crashing and burning hard and ending up out of business ala WCW.
