Shoot I didn't know that but at the time I was 5 or 6 and it wasn't like I was going to the Theater like that. All I remember at that time going to see 3 Ninjas and Batman Forever but I saw HP after my Parents purchased it on VHS in 94. Alot of that era of films especially those Original Disney Channel Movies like Johnny Tsunami, Brink, or Motocrossed still love to this day. Hopefully if I'm ever blessed with kids I hope to show all those films to them.

Thackery Binx yeah was turned back his human self/spirit at the end of the Film and went to Heaven with his Sister he tried to protect. That felt like a Easter Egg from the first Film because it seems like no one has lit the Black Flame Candle since the first Film. I would say though the Cat looked at the Spell Book and you could see it's something evil almost when my Dog Nena when she was alive would look into the Room and we would ask her what's over there almost felt like she was seeing a Ghost or something that we couldn't see. It happened multiple times now that I think about it.

Okay so Hocus Pocus is one of my All Time Films from my Childhood and as much I was like Man this Sequel is going to suck and disappoint me I can say that this Film was really entertaining. If I have HP 10/10, this one is a solid 7 out of 10. I think the Movie took a little too long establishing 2 out of the 3 girls in this Film and the time but once the Sanderson Sisters return those ladies stole the Show as if it's 1993. Between the Walgreens Visit or them going around Salem I thought that was the strongest thing going with this Film. Gilbert might of been the worst thing going with this Film. He saw the Sanderson Sisters die in 1993, so he starts making Black Flame Candles wanting them to return because he said they were misunderstood? Like no dude they killed Children and God knows how many people before HP 1 so as much as you see that they bullied as Kids from the Town it doesn't nullify what they have done many Years ago after they got the Book and started their rampage later as Adults.

The Kids oh boy none of them stood out too much for me Becca all of a sudden gets Powers even though she hadn't shown any of that beforehand. Well it's her Birthday...and? If you told me she had a line of Witches from her Family that goes back ages I would of let it go but they Shoe horned in that which she didn't need because her friends were able to outsmart the Sanderson Sisters multiple times in this Film. The Ending I had a problem with because you were trying to turn the Sanderson Sisters into Babyfaces as if all they have done beforehand doesn't mean they aren't going to hell. You don't need to have her Sisters disappear for me to understand that Winifred loves her Sisters and would give it all up for them. A Spell by a way that had consequences where was that Spell in the first Film? So many holes with that, and Book having feelings when he didn't do any of that in the first Film. Still I hope theirs a 3rd Film they kinda told you the possibility of other Black Flame Candles because of Gilbert's stupidity and maybe we can get the old Cast back to finally put a end to the Sanderson's Sisters.
