Thank you Justin (Stronger) for introducing me to Pulse. I have never seen an efed like this before. There seems to be a lot of options as far as out of character goes. I was previously in 4 feds as 4 different people. One closed its doors because people were just not rping. Another was hacked. The owner disappeared for third and nobody wanted to keep it going. The fourth one is pretty much dead, even though the owner is trying to keep it going.
