But yeah Kendrick clearly has the crown in hip hop. Had it since he dropped GKMC but just put a exclamation point on it with that verse to let everyone know and it seems to have lit a fire under hip hops ass as a whole which is lovely.

I hope Kendrick Lamar's verse lights up Hip Hop for Rappers to put out shit with real meaning. These disses back at him don't do that. They should start puttin' out meaningful albums to accept this challenge. I mean I was on Youtube yesterday and the big song was Cassidy's diss on the beat towards Lamar. I decided it wasn't worth listenin' to because Cassidy hasn't been relevant for years and one diss track isn't gonna revive his career when it comes to makin' hits and singles.

Yeah that is really all this was meant to be was a challenge to try and be the best in the game and anybody not mentioned on the track to step it up to be able to be listed. But then you got shit like Papoose dissing missing the entire damn point. If this was a situation where it called for disses then it'd be all good. But this is like a guy beating everyones ass in Madden in one night and one dude gets mad and pulls out a gun for no reason. Disappointed that a lyrical rapper in Papoose resorted to sounding like a kid in a junior high school with insults. He had amazing flow on the song but the stuff he was actually saying was Blue.
