I just listened to some of Self Made and I'm a huge Kendrick fan so I had to listen to this one. He absolutely murdered all of MMG including Wale who is easily the best on the label. I'm not even saying Wale's verse was bad, he killed it too, but Kendrick just spit fire. That's probably one of the best verses I've heard him drop. That whole song showcases some of MMG's better verses though.

I can't wait for good kid/m.A.A.d city.

I don't know what happened to this guy, but this song is great.

His last album "Born Like This" came out just under the name of DOOM if that is what you are wondering. It's not as good as earlier stuff, though.

It's too bad he fell off 'cause I could listen to his earlier stuff all day. I'm a big fan of Mm.. Food and Operation Doomsday.

I wouldn't call it a bad album. The lyricism is still top notch. It just has a different feel entirely.

French is seriously garbage. That guy doesn't have lyricism, his flow is god awful and his voice sounds like a goose honking. So he sucks before you even mention that he's signed to Bad Boy Records and is now working under Diddy, one of the worst rappers/producers in the industry.

It is pretty good but it's rather long with songs about stuff he always talks about, kind of repeative. If he would have combined the subject matter with the way he was attackin' the beats I'd call it one of his best releases. It's like he was just writing random stuff from his last album and then went into the studio but you know what? That isn't really a reason to complain seeing as this whole thing is about him feeling good with his life.

The fuckin' beats are pretty awesome but Nas did back himself with talent.
