Commercial power is probably involved. That's how Rooney is probably above Falcao.

Seems a bit contradictory if so, it's supposed to be how much to sign him. Do you think CR7 will go for £8million more than Madrid signed him for 4 years ago? I can't see it tbh. Of course you're a football knowledge king so you'll probably find some flaw. God I hate you.

Take into account the Credit Crunch, FFP and the fact that only 2 or 3 clubs can afford it....It's probably right.

His value goes up due to FFP? It's more likely he goes for 40/50 max IMO, isn't he in the last few years of his contract also?

Ronaldo arrived at Real Madrid a fantastic player, he will leave it as one of the greatest to play the game. His commercial value has grown exponentially. It's like people signing Beckham now. When you sign Ronaldo (and if someone did in this case), you get one of the best players in the world (arguably the best), and one of the most commercial players there are. Merchandise, sponsors, everything gets involved.

22 and is already being compared to Ronaldo/Messi. Definitely worth £60m at 22 imo.

I can see someone paying that tbh he will either get better and become one of the best or crumble under the pressure like torres did which i think he will
