I'm a weird one when it comes to wrestling, I used to watch it all the time when i was a kid, but then i found out it wasn't real and lost interest when i was about 13 or 14, when i was 16 i discovered e-fedding and got into it in a huge way, but i still wasnt watching it. I stopped e-fedding about 4/5 years later and completely forgot about it, only playing the games. It was last year, around april time that i re-discovered it, mostly through youtube videos. At that point i got into it big time, started watching every show, including NXT, then i met this guy Kev, we started talking, and i said how much i loved wrestling and that i had decided i wanted to become a wrestler. This is the point that i joined Slam National Wrestling (Like us on facebook) and around the same time i started e-fedding here. Since then i've been loving life, im very open about the fact i love wrestling. I've had people take the piss out of me for liking wrestling and being a wrestler. I reply to them

"Lets see, i have a hobby that i love, it keeps me healthy, i have the funds to pay for it and i've made some brilliant friends from it...what have you done with your life recently?"

That usually shuts them up. Then they all go, "well, its all fake isnt it" i reply with "Yeh, so are movies and tv shows, whats your point" and then i go into all the things that everyone else in this thread has said

anyway yeh, to answer the question, i'm a loud and proud wrestling fan, and im going to be going to see RAW live in april

People use the whole 'they're wrestling in tights and undies - that's so gay' thing as well. Pisses me off!

Yeah that's always their excuse for not liking wrestling. Well not every wrestler wrestles in trunks. If you have a body as good as Randy ortons or triple h's then you deserve to wear trunks

It is kind of gay to talk about their bodies, their rock hard, sweat dripping from their muscles with their tanned abs... oooh I need some coolant, I'm getting all sweaty.
