PWInsider said:
The WWE Corporate site is now listing Paul Levesque (Triple H) as Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and the link to John Laurinaitis is no longer active.

Laurinaitis is still listed as EVP of Talent on his WWE.com bio and twitter handle, although those are also storyline positions on camera, so they wouldn't be changed.

Here's HHH's bio on the WWE corporate site:

WWE Corporate - Executive Team Bios - Paul Levesque

When you try and click Johnny's name it takes you to the list of Executive Officers. So it look's like Johnny's not an exec anymore and he'll just be mainly used as an on-air talent from now on.

I don't know what to say about this... I'll look more into as I see how Raw unfolds.

Yeah it's clearly real of course and it's no big deal. Johnny probably wasn't excellent and I always thought JR was better and HHH probably overlooked Johnny a lot of the time.

Triple H moving up the corporate ladder. Pretty much a move to guarantee he knows all sides of the business before he takes it over. Good for him. I hope being EVP along with his current position doesn't run him too thin

So does this mean Johnny is done with behind the scenes or will he be working alongside HHH in Talent Relations? No real surprise that HHH continues to move up the ranks behind the scenes and I am sure that he will do a fine job.

I think JL is done backstage. The guy had a alot on his plate. Let him stick to being just an on screen character for now

The downside to that is on screen jobs don't normally last too long so when the Johnny Ace gimmick expires he would need a job to go to.

With the new stipulation added to the Cena/Big Show match, maybe he's taking some time off. The two just seem to coincidentally close.

I see Ace staying on screen for a little while longer, expecting a swerve at No Way Out.

First ever post:

Johnny Ace was, IMO, removed as EVPofTR with the sole purpose of keeping him on air as GM. I think its far more likely that Cena takes some time off rather than Funkman.
