I don't think it shows when use the fast reply, I went on the go advanced bit and one of the options says show signature so click on that.

Hey Shaun and Steve, go to "Settings" at the top of the page and there is an option to edit signature. There should be a setting there to always have your signature shown. Or like Steve said, go advanced and make it show there.
