They are always billed as slightly larger than they are, especially heavyweights. And 7lbs is a good start. If you lose to much weight at one time you will end up with extra skin.

Very good for him, also, when he returns, he'll probably be a tiny bit more agile and losing weight also reduces his chances of injury. I hope to see him back as soon as possible.

Very good to hear that he's trying to slim down a bit, but am I the only one who's a bit disappointed in it, not because of him doing it etc, but because I feel we will lose the Mark Henry as we know him.
