Unless you care to define what you think makes a wrestler good or bad, what can I say except.... IT'S NOT A LEGIT SPORT.
He's not there to display all-conquering ring prowess & mat skills; he's there to play the character of the worlds strongest man and get that character over. If as a face he's been getting a response like he has then quite frankly he's excelling at what he's hired to do.
Your "logic" seemes somewhat ill-informed so I doubt it does.
