Not wrestling-wise but come think of it. Bourne has appeared in a few Money In The Bank, with him being ruled out of injury/suspension, do you feel Kidd has replaced Bourne's status in the WWE? To me, I feel like Kidd has replaced him and WWE has finally allowed him to show what he is capable of. I see Kidd being on TV more often from here on, when Bourne comes back... He'll be on Superstars and doing nothing. Do you think there's a chance Tyson Kidd could be pushed into the mid-card where he could get the US/IC Championship?

Perhaps. As much as I really like Evan Bourne, Kidd is the complete package in comparison and has more potential. I'm glad to see he's in the ladder match.

Agreed. I am a huge Kidd fan, but this is how I see it with his sudden self being on TV.

I hope Kidd puts on a good performance (which he will because he always does), and hopefully be pushed from there.

If Kidd was a few inches taller, WWE would push the shit out of him most likely. But then again he probably wouldn't be as talented.

I've been a Kidd supporter since day one. I never liked DH, and I only watched that team really for Kidd. Sadly I don't see him going anywhere far. Its a good comparison of him and Bourne. I bet Bourne would have gotten this spot if he was around. WWE needs a little underdog guy that everyone loves. Kidd is perfect for that.

He's taking the Benjamin/Morrison/Bourne spot, obviously but I'm sure he impressed officials backstage. If he does well in the match, he'll be rewarded in the future. He deserves it though, so I hope he impresses. I see him going after either the Intercontinental or United States title in the future.

He just won his first match on SD! in what seems forever. Since he was tagging with DH if my memory serves correct. Too early for me to see how far this push is going to go but along with all the new heels on SD! it should be interesting how Kidd fares with them. So pushing Kidd for me is an upgrade. Of course, I can't stand Bourne so I'll leave my comments about him being a replaceable by any high flyer to myself.

Before last week's episode, he'd never won a match on Smackdown. This Raw win makes it his first since December of '10 against Smith right when they broke up actually.

This is his shot that he has to make the most out of as it could mean a real push for him. He is in a situation where he can be that Shelton, Jomo and Bourne type of guy who will always have a spot on the card purely on their in ring skills and athleticism.

The fact he beat Tensai on RAW could be seen as big in a way. I know it was short and such but Tensai was main-eventing for fuck sake and actually beat Cena.

Now Kidd's on a hot-run they are making it look possible for him to accomplish anything. This is why I believe he's taken over Bourne's spot but hopefully when Bourne comes back that it doesn't affect Kidd because he shits all over Bourne.

I'm pretty sure he'll be back to jobbing after the MITB match. He's just in the MITB because all the other guys are ground workers primarily and they need a guy who can fly around the ring, and he only won against Tensai because they have to make it seem like every participant has a chance. They lost Morrison, they don't have Evan, they don't have Rey, and Rey would probably be in the WWE Champions only match even if they did have him, I suppose they could've given the spot to Gabriel but he hasn't been on tv lately except to get beaten in the Tensai qualifier. If Kofi and Truth weren't in the tag division right now, I think he'd be screwed as far as this little mini-push is concerned.

Hell, he might only be in this match to get replaced. It wouldn't shock me if that was the way in for Cody or a returning Barrett.
