If discussing drug abuse was relevant, then there are levels of that too. What people do in private can be negated, but Hardy willingly showed up as a world champion to main event a pay per view event so out of his mind that management changed the match in the ring to be a 30 second squash in order to get him out of there. He is THE extreme end of drug abuse when it comes to what wrestling fans have seen on actual television. Regardless of whether Regal, Michaels or Guerrero or anybody else had issues off screen, Hardy put his on national TV.

Also, I was a huge Jeff Hardy fan in his heel run in TNA so to see him show on PPV like that was crushing.

The fun thing about wrestling is that we all prefer different guys for whatever reason, whether it be nostalgia, in-ring skills, or look.

This is one of the reasons I’ve gotten back into wrestling, I love these conversations.

I'm not personally a fan of Jeff Hardy, but I have liked guys like him my whole life so I know how you feel.
