Wrath was actually introduced as part of the Mortal Kombat type stuff with Glacier and Mortis right? And he was able to just transition better bc he was more normal or am I misremembering that

He broke out when Mortis became Kanyon and WCW gave up on Glacier. He was given his own streak and was pushed like a second Godlberg. It was actually working until WCW forgot about him.
