Eight years after Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior collided in a match-up of epic proportions in the main event of WrestleMania VI, the two larger than life wrestling demi-gods will run it back at World Championship Wrestling's annual October spectacular - Halloween Havoc! Only this time around, the match won't be about a championship or a torch, and it won't be two heroes squaring off between those ropes. Tonight, The Warrior returns for his first singles match in over 2 years, looking to end Hollywood Hogan, who has now become the top villain in all of wrestling, due to his thirst for power and cowardness (which when you think about it, are attributes he had as a face too).

In the main event of the evening, however, we have a first-time match-up between two bona fide WCW homegrowns in the prime of their careers. For the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, it will be the undefeated champion Bill Goldberg defending against the unlikely "People's Champion" Diamond Dallas Page! A match so huge, it sure would be an awful time for WCW to fumble the run time and have their feed cut off before the finish!

Elsewhere down the card, we see many of the greatest WCW has ever had to offer doing battle. Bret Hart vs. Sting, Chris Jericho vs. Raven, Scott Hall vs. Kevin Nash and Kidman vs. Disco Inferno are among the highlights of the undercard. Holy shit, this is easily a flagship PPV level card for WCW. Let's hope nothing tragic happens!
