Even work wise, Scott basically just revealed he was faking it. He did the drunk taunt and then mocked Nash and went back to being completely sober. So basically he lured Nash in.

He was a functioning alcoholic during most of his "drunk" time on screen

Hall said as much as he loved the drink, he could even imagine trying to take bumps drunk.

This angle is funny considering Hall invented the Wolfpac and Eric wouldn't even let him be in it.

When I was a kid this angle made me sad since this is/was my favorite tag team, but I think I'd love it now when we get to 1998 in our watch.
