I think the most recent I'd really prefer would be like 2016 or so, probably pre-2016 brand split. Everything before that feels like a separate era enough for me and a lot I've never actually rewatched since live so it's been a minute by this point

Shit, I was even loving Raw for like the 30 months they let Paul book. It just takes booking and characters you can get into. 90% of today's wrestling lost the art of characters and storytelling. You watch any current indy and it's like 3 hours of flips and no psychology.
