^ I have IE and it crashes once in a while for me as well. It freezes most of the time so I just wait a minute or two and it fixes itself but I get some times when the screen goes white and I have to close it and start again. It's been happening to some people in other forums as well.

For the disconnections, yeah, you gotta be quick if you don't have a webcam because most people want to get someone with a cam.
