For me the game felt a bit small geographically, there wasn't that much to explore. Plus the story just didn't really grab me, I never even got around to finishing it.

def gonna be buying this, gotta find some new games to play after 2k's death. san andreas blew me away, i was into gta 4 too although the story wasn't as good, and wasn't as much to explore, but the file got corrupt, and i didn't bother starting over.
I wish they would do one of DC. Having some San Andreas like plot with the president would be Classic Rockstar.
