As long as they have better musical acts then this year and than have the same caliber of legends as well as a few additional ones like SCSA, Goldberg and such they should be able to reach the 100k mark, although it's not going to be that easy.. I'd say a returning CM Punk would do the trick though, although with his UFC career about to be underway that's looking pretty doubtful.
Depends on whether or not his UFC career washes out by then or not. The only way Punk would come back is if he main evented the show since that's the main thing he always wanted, and with the possibility of Rock being on the card next year and the extreme likelihood of seeing Rock vs Brock, I can't see that happening. But those issues aside, Punk returning in early 2016 and working an angle with someone like HHH (who I feel would be the biggest possible money match for Punk considering the reality of him walking out is inter-linked with HHH being an authority figure in real-life who never really liked Punk) would definitely drum up interest. That alone isn't selling out that stadium, but it's a start.
From a personal perspective though, I'd rather Punk stayed retired. They screwed up by not using him to his full capacity before, but now is the time to start focusing on newer stars.
The only Mania not to sell out was 13. Also most WrestleMania's are close to selling out the day tickets are set on sale. They usually are completely packed months before the show. With sell outs for the RAW after Mania sometimes in year in advanced. I agree it's a slight stretch but they have enough fans willing to come that 100,000 isn't something that is hard to believe.
Where you getting that info? There's been other Manias that haven't even filled in the full seating capacity.
Manias aren't always sold out right from the get-go, no matter what Michael Cole likes to tout on-screen. There were still tickets available for WM28 a month or so before the event, for example.
