How about they just develop their own megastars of today and stop looking back to the legends of yesteryear to sell tickets, hmmmm? Bugs the shit out of me. I'd say Daniel Bryan is a good example. Ziggler too. IMO anyway.

Off-topic, but I hope we get to see Ziggler vs Rollins in a ME scenario sooner than later.

Why have DB and Ziggler in the ME, when you can have those young, up-and-coming superstars like Kane and Show?

The only logical person to face Goldberg is Triple H. There'd be legit heat behind that match

Meh. I'd rather see Goldberg in a fresh match than see HHH hog the spotlight once again. Besides, I highly doubt Goldberg would return just to wrestle HHH again.

I agree but it's just simple business - if these guys are available and there's still money in using them, WWE are going to.

The good news is that this heavy reliance on the use of part-timers will probably reach it's peak at WM32. If Austin doesn't come back to wrestle one more match at 32, then he's never going to. Rock probably has only one or at most two matches left in him. Undertaker and Sting are done after 32. Batista probably has only one more match left in the tank if he bothers to come back at all. In a couple of years, the only part-timers that will probably still be around are Brock Lesnar and HHH.

Good point. A full year is quite enough time to build up a couple of guys, although if we're talking 100k I'm not sure they could sell it out with just full timers (even in a year's time).

He should face Ryback, plain and simple. Middle of the card match, reasonable buildup and could be booked easily. Ryback gets booked like Goldberg again leading up to WM, where Goldberg randomly shows up and they put on a shit 5-10 minute match. I think Goldberg is a surprise entrant much moreso than a seat filler now....could be used in the RR to have them eliminate each other and start the feud.
