Since so many people think I can't do a sig without indirectly following a tutorial i did one. Its ok i believe.

Personally I think the area around Goku is too bright, it sorta draws focus on one part of the image first, which is the bright yellow arround Goku then draws to Goku himself. I think you need to make Goku's image stronger so the first thing you look at when you see the sig is Goku himself. The text and the background work well, but with the boarder I think you need to change it up a bit, make it a bit more simple... such as a 1px black boarder, thats all you should need.
