4 years after my grandma died, my grandpa died last night. It sucks tbh, they helped raise me when I was little and could always count on them for advice. They took me to play, made me food, and helped me in school. Now they're both gone, I know it's natural that they die but I still hate this feeling.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. However, you can take some of the things that you mentioned and use that a positive reminder of the good parts that they helped you with in your life. For instance if they took you to play keep doing the activity that they did the most and pass it on to someone else. The food they made you make for yourself or somone else and remember those times when they did, than that food will remind you of them in a good way. And stick to your studies so you can succeed when you grow up, than you will know that in spirit they will always be proud of you.

Yes, this is a part of growing up and it is a sad experience but how you carry it with you will determine your growth for the rest of your life. If you mourn their loss for a long time than it will affect you negatively in the long run, if you remember them in the most positive manner than it will help you grow into a great young man. Just remember you don't have to grow up too quickly... life will throw much more harsher realities that will make you grow up than this. Hold on to your youth for as long as you can, because you'll never get it back.

Sorry to hear about it Sabre. The relationship you describe with your grandparents is similar to the relationship I have with mine, so I can only imagine what you are going through emotionally. We're here for ya bro, try to keep your head up and stay strong.

You know interestingly enough so many people have told me that, the hardest part is finding the right girl  I always wanted a girl, I want daddy's little girl. But I also want a boy before hand so I can teach bonding and how important family is to both. Also both genders promote different challenges but yes, I believe children are the center of the universe.

Interestingly enough, my mother worked with this man whose wife of 45 years died but 2 days later his first grand child was born. Than he came to my mother's work in a new car. My mother questioned the man "You got a new a car?" and he responded with "Yes, Santa was good to me this year." Regardless of the tragedy that occured he never lost his joy of life. I will say a prayer for you tonight, and hope that you make the most of this tragedy.

I'm lucky enough to still have my grandparents on my dads side alive and living near, sadly I never met my moms parents. They only live up the road yet I rarely see them, this may have inspired me to go visit them soon. Really sorry to hear about your loss, man. It sucks but I'm sure they've help mold you into the man you'll be later in life.
