GM to be revealed

PWTorch.com is reporting that there has been talk within WWE of revealing the anonymous Raw GM to be Vince McMahon, which would set up a showdown between him and The Rock at WrestleMania.

That would bring back good memories, but personally I would want it to be Trips if he were going to have a McMahon family member go one on one with the great one. They know one another the best and after 7 years off, I would think he would want to work with someone he feels he can trust from past experience. It would be great to see Vince, Shane, and Stephanie back even for cameos with The Rock leading into a match with Trips.

The McMahon-Helmsley regime targeted The Rock in 00 and 01. Vince turned on him at WM 16 and helped Austin go over him at WM17. Stephanie and him have had a war of words for years and she is still the only female to hold a pin fall victory on him. Shane and him feuded off and on when he was with Big Show and later on the owner of WCW. Trips and him came up together, fought for the world and ic titles with one another for years, they kicked off SD together, and they had one of the best iron man matches in history together. The McMahons sans Linda all definitely feuded with Rock

But they should definitely keep the Cena/Rock route, McMahon/Rock sounds boring to me.

I like this idea. While I'll be happy when just just end the email gm stuff to have it be Stephanie and Triple H would good.

I read one suggestion on PSD today. Have the woman who they teased be Sable until Brock can come to WWE.

Hell of a long shot there as it seems to me Brock wasn't really interested in coming back to WWE based on his own comments to speculation.

Hopefully they at least follow up on it, because otherwise it would have been totally unnecessary as you could have easily done the same thing but with a guys shoe and you would have been none the wiser.

Everyone thought Bieber or Barker though. Showing the woman's feet kept you watching for the reveal (I thought it was Steph), and we got Rock instead. The chick was a red herring, and it'll never be addressed again. Deal with it.
