This is the oddest uber-confident assertion of something you really have no idea about ever.
If it's Vince, it's a fucking epic fail. TBH, keeping it going this long and not really giving him an agenda doesn't make sense. They had it with Edge for a bit now he just is a tweener with no real "essence". It wouldn't make sense to reveal him now. They need to build a feud up first.
Vince Mcmahon is the only possible General Manager that makes sense.
The GM hates Bret Hart, is annoymous so he doesn't get beat up (like Vince did by Nexus), and the emails have never come in while Vince has been on screen.
Plus it's a way for Vince to get on his biggest show of the year.
