I understand where you’re coming from, but I’m going to disagree, only based on previous experience. I’ve been part of a scum team before where we convinced town to elect one of us into a leadership position and it got us loads of extra shit that we used to win the game. @Wangman Page will attest to this. I only bring the example up to help illustrate my point.

It’s not impossible for scum to influence town if they’re convincing enough, and if based on their play, town have no reason to suspect them. So I’m not ruling out at all scum having a hand in directing RD in any particular direction.

That’s not necessarily true it just means that wolves or scum rather are pushing the prevailing narrative and town are buying it and backing into it it doesn’t mean anything other than that.
