Looking at TNA's vast roster, who is the one person who should be given the chance to run with a world title and be given the HBK style title run to the top of the company?

They have it and had it on the two guys who should be given the ball in Storm in Roode. Doesn't really matter to me which even though I like Storm better as long as they are kept in the main event picture like they should be at this point in their career's.

Roode would be my choice. I was baffled as to why TNA took so long to push him as a singles star. They hinted at it after Team Canada ended but they bailed on that and eventually he went back into the tag team ranks. He has everything required to be a top star and I think that he can be the one to take TNA to the next level. Or at least I thought that until TNA went and screwed up his mainevent push and his first ever title reign. Hopefully he can move on from that though and hopefully he is booked as a true champion in the coming months.

What about the Pope. At the very least i think he is being very much wasted at the moment. He is great on the mic and good in the ring, athletic and good enough, why not give him the chance?

I honestly completely forgot about him. Is he even booked on the show these days?

He is another that TNA dropped the ball on, they pushed him as a singles wrestler and he even had a world title shot but after his shoulder injury they pushed him to the back of the line.

Can agree with Pope he should have been made into a top star for them face or heel and they had chances and did nothing with it and now he is in no better position then he was at the end of his WWE run.

The Pope should have had it, and he still can get it, but TNA would have to build him back up again.

I completely agree with The Pope, When he first debuted he was involved in a fued with Suicide which was bad, Anything to do with Suicide was bad. But then he quickly moved on to fueding with Desmond Wolfe/Nigel McGuiness and i was hyping it for the fued of the year for TNA. Then Hogan came in and that went out of the window.

Pope should be doing better things in TNA, He was stuck in that stupid fued with D'Von and that looks forgotten now.

Here's the thing with TNA, they never give anyone fresh a full on push, it's always just half assesd and they never make the move to put them over the top.

Matt Morgan: Pushed the hell out of him, gave him a big match against Angle at BFG that he looses and is stuck in random stuff since.

Jay Lethal: Pinned Angle clean, was the face of the X DIV, feud with Flair, CUT

Pope: Guy was so over, and they had him at the main event at Lockdown, he looses and then turns heel, now MIA

I could name more but those are the 3 most recent, they've never pushed anyone of there own guys besides AJ and Joe, and Joe is a joke right now because of his booking so he's void. Storm and Roode have a chance to be the next 2 faces of the company, sadly though I see them taking a backseat to Jeff Hardy once TNA feels putting the belt on him again. So it should be those 2 guys but it will continue to be Angle and then Hardy, want it to be different but TNA's track record shows it won't be.

Those from TWC will be unsurprised to hear me say Matt Morgan.

In my opinion it's just a simple decision. All you have to do is just look at the guy and you can see he should be a top guy. He looks the part and he can certainly talk the part too. One other good thing about him is that even though he's a big guy, he doesn't really wrestle like one such as the Big Show, he's more comparable to Taker which from an in-ring perspective gives him a lot more flexibility and less predictible matches.

The Pope D'Angelo Dinero for sure, he has great in-ring ability and is one of the most entertaining superstars in TNA. I don't see him on iMPACT as often anymore so I would like to see TNA start to use him more often.

Eric Young needs to have a more serious gimmick again because as long as he has this comedic gimmick he wont be considered a top contender. He is very talented but he just doesn't have the right gimmick at the moment to make it as a top star.
