Masato Yoshino, arguably the greatest wrestler ever produced by Dragon Gate (and the most decorated). Is out since a week or so back. He took a death valley bomb wrong and herniated a disk in his back as well as fracturing three vertebrae and lost feeling in his arms once adrenaline wore off. He's still having trouble holding onto things but he has regained feelings in his arms.

Odds are he is out for most of if not all of 2017 but doctors are suggesting retiring.

I'm gutted since Yoshino is one of my favorite guys in the DG system, but if its between his career and his health his health has to come first.

SPEED STAR!

Damn that sucks. Been watching Dragon Gate more and more. Will definitely check his matches out.

in the hero archive there's a folder called toryumon. it is basically the company that became dragon gate. There are only 2 shows in the folder but well worth checking out to see the start of Dragon Gate

This tribute to the Great Sasuke is amazing and truly paints the perfect picture of him. As a insane madman

Kota Ibushi went to London and did Kota Ibushi things. Like light himself on fire.

LOL, Ibushi's nuts.

By the way, is that promotion supposed to be like a UK version of DDT?
No. XWA is just a regular promotion. But they gave Ibushi and Ihashi free reigns to do their type of match since it was Ibushi's first weekend working in the UK.

lol that was nuts. He did all that like nobodies business. If I shoot a firecracker at myself, the last thing I'm gonna think about is 'Oh yeah, let's do a moonsault'

Ibushi is ..... special. Let's put it like that. He is all about the creative freedom to do whatever he wants. He's a fantastic wrestler but his former boss Sanshiro Takagi, head of DDT pro had this to say about him "The dude can barely look after himself in real life."

Dory Funk Jr is bringing a trainee along when he heads back to All Japan in April for the Champion Carnival tour. Dalton Drellich (translated as Derrick for the sake of the Japanese) will be working about half the tour it seems on a try out basis, hoping to get brought back and possibly do a extended stay in All Japan to try and become a regular. He clocks in at 196 cm (6ft4) and 120 kg (246 pounds roughly) so he's a big lad.

Thoughts on Go vs. Nakajima? I thought it was pretty good.

NOAH has no G+ airings until June, and none confirmed in June yet. That's bad news. Like, real bad.

G+ is a sub brand of Nippon TV and is one of the biggest sports channels in Japan. NOAH has made a living out of airings their big shows on G+. So getting no shows for two months is a real punch in the gut.
