Bayern wins their 11th Championship in a row, because Dortmund fucked it up on the very last day, playing only 2-2 against Mainz.... and what did Bayern do right afterwards? They sacked CEO Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic (two club icons, for those who don't know) after months of rising frictions within the club management.
Even with the internal problems they had going, I feel like they wouldn't have done this, if they didn't became so numb about winning the Title (due to winning it so often in a row), especially sacking them right after the final match of the season (with Kahn basically was forbidden by the club to travel to Cologne, where they played today).
Either way, I don't see that a lot will change in the Bundesliga for the upcoming years. The rift between Bayern and the rest of the league is just too wide and Dortmund (as well as Leipzig) are too comfortable in their positions within the League, to really put some risk into doing more than what they have to do to secure their places.
