It's just another way for Elon to control the narratives of Twitter while he mass bans people that speak out against him and leave in his bosom buddies and people that like to clean his dick 24/7.

and if you go to someones account you can see their pinned tweets and a random set of tweets, doesn't seem like any form of organization for it
