i also saw that his cybertruck gas pedal is faulty and the traction can slide off and get stuck and make the gas pedal stay pushed down

The cybertruck is made to be an absolute death trap. It doesn't crumple like most cars are supposed to to absorb damage, the design is unintuitive to letting air pass by through traction, and it's just an ugly as fuck design.
