I only need like 7 hours to function well but it takes me a bit to fall asleep usually too so that's why I force myself in bed earlier lmao

in my 20s I always worked until like 11 pm or later so I used to get up at like 10 or 11

If I get anymore than 8 I feel like absolute shit

and go to bed at like 3-4 am most weekends
