I have had a 10 pm bedtime since age 21

I work at 7 am and I still going to bed at like 11 most nights lol

we worked a job that was 3pm-11pm so we'd come home and hang out for a bit but not matter what even if we were in the middle of watching a movie or something he'd stop it and go to bed at 2am

I used to work that shift a loooooot back in the day

I know I'm only an hour behind but Raw ending at 10 instead of 11 and everything else at 9 is amazing

I've never really required much sleep outside of my teenage years, and once I hit like late 20s I sleep 7 hours MAX
