I don't get upset about match results too much. I get more upset if the match sucks. I've always been fine with Charlotte winnin' there and Lesnar beatin' Taker. All apart of history now, the good guy doesn't always win in sports

Philosophical differences then. It's like those that think Brock shouldn't have been the one to end the streak because it shoulda been someone less established. I understand the thinking, and I'm not against it, I just don't put as much weight behind it.

My perspective is Asuka lost to the kayfabe greatest female wrestler in WWE history. Early in her main roster no less. I think that's pretty good, actually. Ending a crazy long streak like that is always so divisive, I'm glad they just got it out of the way tbh.

it's just that it made the streak look pointless because she lost it super fast and to the strongest person. It would have been better imo for her to put Athena over in NXT and restart dominant. if Charlotte beats her after she has dominated on MR to slow down her ascension, thats cool too. I think the reason why it felt so shitty to a lot of folks is it was also a symptom of callups getting ''buried'' or mis-used by Vince. and people were also already salty about Naks treatment
