I think Lesnar was the perfect choice leadin' up for his initial loss and 50/50 bookin'. The Lesnar win over Taker put him over massively again in WWE whether people remember this or not. They just can't seem to stomach Taker losin'

Yeah, I believe that's how that played out. Not sure there was even a reason why both belts needed to be at play there. Just WWE logic I guess, and wanting to be triple sure that the stakes were high enough for it to be the main event.
