I did upgrade my PS Plus to the highest tier today, so that's cool. Will have a lot of new games to play for a few months. It's like Game Pass now.

Sadly doesn't have any trophies though. Only a select few do, but Syphon Filter does have them at least. I'll be checking that out too. Hoping they bring some more PS1 games to it soon.

That's fair. Remake is for sure easier to play with the controls, and it still looks pretty good as well. Aside from like the first hour or so, I got used to it pretty quickly.

Also the voice acting is much more tolerable in the remake

The remake is definitely a better experience overall.

However the original game is not totally unplayable, especially if you can get access to the any romhacks that fix its various issues.

Voice acting is bad, but that's part of the charm for me.
