As soon as you get the gem that heals you on visceral attacks put that in your weapon because it will reduce the amount of vials you go through

Also if you pick up vials but you are already at your carrying max the remainder will go to your storage and when you die it will top your vials off with whatever you have in storage, I don't think the game tells you this but it's super useful
