Yea... it's a big firm that handles with individual realtors, but if you want anything, the realtors just send you to the website of the firm. Also you don't want to annoy the person, who's the deciding factor on if you getting the place or not.

ah, in america if you sign a year lease you have to live there for a year, otherwise they can charge you for the entire time if you move out.
