I transferred to a new city once for a job and was in a hurry to find a place because I was driving the distance every day so I settled on something I shouldn't have and hated it.

Yea... the market is just completely shot in many areas. It's been a whole year of absolutely frustrating apartment hunting and most of the time while having to deal with depression and anxieties and deadlins creeping in.

Right now, I have one option that is just horrible... but no papers signed yet, because I'm waiting on a different realtor to call me about a much, much better place... but time's the issue, so I might have to take the shit option and stay on the lookout for better options in the future... which would mean another move soon after this move.
