i'll usually just play a game for fun and if i really liked it i'll check out the achievements and see if there's anything easy/worth getting.

i got 100% of them in Fable 2, I SHOULD have them all in Fable 1 but there's one you can't get anymore

I started doing this as well. In the past I used to immediately open up the trophy list and lose interest in playing if it looked too hard.

there's nothing more satisfying then organically getting an achievement/trophy without knowing what you did.

Usually it's best to play through a game without checking the trophies and then see how many you have after finishing the game. Determine if it is worth it.
