I just never cared about the original stories. I wanted to relive the movies/characters I liked,

they can be pretty short or long depending on how you play them. If you just wanna rush the story its short but each level has a ton of hidden shit on it for replayability

Lego games are fun but I actually have found myself getting stuck sometimes with the puzzles and trying to unlock everything. The games can be quite meaty for a completionist like me.

they were decent to start and then when they actually started added voice actors it was top notch

I've been replaying star wars complete saga on 360 and it's like one of the first lego games with a franchise and there's no voice acting but they still manage to let you know the tone.
