so make sure I understand. when you say sharp subject the image in foreground you are sharpening and refining that image.

Backgrounds are always tough it’s all about finding the right one to match your main render. As far as blending I usually take my render copy it and then use the smudge tool on it and then choose a layer path that looks right. Someday I’ll take some videos of this stuff so people can see. Thank you. And despite whatever between us thank you for sharing this. If you ever do decide to one day do a video so people like me who are Kinesthetic learning style kinda people can at least have the direction needed to do said tactic. I'd appreciate the video.
