Backgrounds are always tough it’s all about finding the right one to match your main render. As far as blending I usually take my render copy it and then use the smudge tool on it and then choose a layer path that looks right. Someday I’ll take some videos of this stuff so people can see. It’s hard to explain.

Personally I just started mostly doing gaussian blur to most my graphic backgrounds these days
