But yeah what I did is resize the image and make it b&w and up the contrast and shit, then took the same image in color, added it as a layer below the b&w one, then erased the b&w layer where the plates were

I know I haven't scratched four percent of its usage because I am just not that great at it.

Knowing nothing about graphic making, is there not an option to like trace the title then just make the image black and white but leaving alone what you trace?
