We'll have to agree to disagree because Austin, Triple H, Rock, Foley, Angle, all great aces (and really the main event for me only falters in 1998).

That’s what I’m talking about, the undercard of 99-02 was better in my opinion than 1997-1998 but objectively the 1997-1998 undercard were bigger draws and contributed more

The Angle/Austin series over the summer and fall of 2001 is one of my favorite title programs ever.

Angle didnt become Angle until he joined TNA.

I do prefer TNA Angle overall, but 2001 Angle was incredible.

Only thing is Austin should’ve put over Angle clean, he had been more over for a while. Whenever I rewatch Unforgiven the great match they had it loses some flavor with that hand under the rope
